The remark came from the CJI, who was heading a bench also comprising Justices Krishna Murari and Hima Kohli, while dealing with an appeal filed by Chhattisgarh government challenging a HC order quashing the disproportionate assets case registered by present Congress government against former BJP chief minister Raman Singh's close aide.
