Know about the IPOs this week: Shyam Metalics, Sona Comstar, Dodla Dairy, KIMS Hospital

Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd and Sona BLW Precision Forgings (Sona Comstar) will launch their IPOs on Monday, while Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences and Dodla Dairy will be open for subscription on Wednesday. These four companies expected to raise Rs 9,123 crore collectively.

Shyam Metalics and Energy: Kolkata-based Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd is one of the leading integrated metal producing companies. The Company has raised Rs 269.94 crore from 21 anchor investors. The company informed the bourses that it has allocated 88,21,764 equity shares at Rs 306 per share on June 11,2021 to the anchor investors. 12 Domestic Investors including four Mutual Funds (MF), two Insurance companies and six Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) were allocated a total of 60,45,795 shares for approximately Rs 185 crore.
The issue opens on Monday (June 14) and will close on June 16. The price band of the issue is Rs 303-Rs 306 apiece. The company hopes to raise Rs 909 crore through the issue.

Sona Comstar: Sona Comstar raises Rs 2,498 crore, 45 per cent of the total IPO size of Rs 5,550 crore. 42 marquee investors participated in the anchor book including 24 foreign portfolio investors, 11 domestic mutual funds, 5 life insurance companies and 2 AIFs. The company informed the bourses that it has allocated 8.6 crore shares at Rs 291 per share on June 11, 2021 to anchor investors.

It is open for subscription from June 14 and will close on June 16. The price band is Rs 285-Rs 291 per share.

Dodla Dairy: The Hyderabad-based dairy company will be open for subscription from June 16 and will close on June 18. The company has fixed the issue price band at Rs 421-428 per share.

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences: It is a Hyderabad-based company that operates multi-specialty hospitals in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The price band of this IPO is Rs 815 to Rs 825 per equity share. The minimum Bid Lot is 18 equity shares. It plans to raise Rs 2,144 crore through this IPO.
