India slips to 112th place on gender gap; in bottom-5 on health, economic fronts

India slipped four places to rank 112th globally in terms of gender gap and in terms of women's health & survival and economic participation, India stood in the bottom five globally, as per World Economic Forum's latest Gender Gap Report. While Iceland remains the world's most gender-neutral country, Yemen is ranked the worst (153rd) and Pakistan stood 151st.
