‘Ensure no bar on women at Sabarimala’

Justices R F Nariman and D Y Chandrachud disagreed with the majority judgment penned by CJI Ranjan Gogoi to refer Sabarimala and other similar issues to a seven-judge bench and said the Kerala government must implement the Supreme Court’s September 28, 2018 judgment to ensure that women can enter the Sabarimala temple without any age bar.
